IF YOU TURN THE MONITOR OFF AND BACK ON THE BLACK LINE GOES AWAY. WHAT COULD BE CAUSEING THIS. OTHER THAT THIS THE MONITOR IS GREAT. WE USE MSN DIALUP FROM HOME&lt;/p&gt;
